Get off at the “Oaks” exit from 422W. Turn Left at the light. Stay to the right. Go straight past the turn for Lowes and Target. Pass the Oaks Post Office. Look for Nationwide insurance on the left. At Nationwide insurance turn left onto Highland Ave. Go all the way down to the end of Highland and over R/R tracks. Turn left and a quick right. Go thru the 2 buildings and look for “M C C Warehousing” at the end of the building, on the right. Go up the stairs and into the door. Ask for Direct Fitness (Steve).
